Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, we have a simple policy of 48 hours prior to check in, after this time the room must be paid for in full. Before this time we will gladly change or cancel your room without charge. Please telephone to cancel your room on 01347 821506 (We will not accept or be held responsible for cancellation via email).
Check In and Check Out
Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards. Check-out is 11am. Should you wish to check-in early or enquire to check out at a later time, we will do our best to assist you, however with only five rooms this is not always possible.
